We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner (WHNP & CNM) to join our team, providing comprehensive care to women from adolescence through advanced age. This role focuses on well-woman care, prenatal management, fertility and family planning, and chronic disease management in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

🩺 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct well-woman exams, annual evaluations, and preventive care

• Manage prenatal and high-risk pregnancies, including monitoring fetal growth and health

• Perform abdominal and transvaginal ultrasounds

• Educate patients on reproductive health, disease prevention, and family planning

• Counsel patients on contraceptives, fertility, and birth control options

• Assist midwives and physicians during deliveries

• Maintain licensure and certifications through continuing education

✅ Required Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Nurse Practitioner Program (WHNP or CNM only)

• Active New York State License as a WHNP or CNM

• National Board Certification (AANP, ANCC, or ONCC)

• Experience in gynecologic and obstetric care

• Strong communication and patient education skills

• EMR/EHR experience preferred

• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
