Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (Bilingual Spanish) - Los Angeles,
Job Type: Full-time
Shifts: Days (Monday 8am - Friday 5pm)
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and mission-driven Women's Health Nurse Practitioner to join a multi-specialty outpatient primary care setting serving underserved and uninsured populations in the Los Angeles area. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care within a collaborative healthcare team.
The practice serves a large and diverse patient population and offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in community health.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary and women's health care in an outpatient setting
- Conduct patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans
- Manage an average of 20-24 patients per day
- Collaborate with physicians, PAs, NPs, social workers, and specialists
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and charting
- Participate in quality improvement and community health initiatives
Minimum Qualifications
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)
- Certified Nurse Practitioner with at least 1 year of clinical experience (training rotations excluded)
- Bilingual English/Spanish (required; able to conduct full assessments independently)
- Strong primary care and women's health clinical skills
- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
