Women's Health Nurse Practitioner or Physician's Assistant Needed for Growing St. Augustine Clinic
Job at a glance
Job description
We are a physician-led, women’s health practice designed with both exceptional patient care and provider well-being in mind. We believe great care is delivered by clinicians who have balance, support, and time to practice thoughtfully.
This role is ideal for an experienced Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner who wants to continue doing meaningful, high-quality clinical work—without sacrificing personal time, flexibility, or long-term sustainability. Whether you’re scaling back from a full-time schedule, transitioning from a high-volume setting, or prioritizing life outside of work, this position offers the balance you’ve earned.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner to join our established clinic 2–3 days per week. This role offers predictable clinic hours, an efficient workflow, and the ability to focus on patient care—without call, nights, or hospital responsibilities.
What You’ll Do
-
Provide comprehensive gynecologic and women’s health care in an outpatient clinic setting
-
Independently manage well-woman exams, problem-focused visits, and ongoing GYN care
-
Identify surgical cases and collaborate directly with physicians on evaluation, planning, and referral
-
Deliver patient-centered counseling and evidence-based treatment plans
-
Manage patients receiving weight loss therapies and aesthetic services
-
Collaborate seamlessly with physicians, MAs, and dedicated clinical support staff
-
Expand procedural skills with optional hands-on mentorship from Dr. Fouad
-
Document efficiently using eClinicalWorks (eCW) EMR
What We’re Looking For
-
Certified Nurse Practitioner with experience or exposure to Women’s Health
-
Prior OB-GYN / Women’s Health experience a plus, but not required
-
Confidence managing GYN patients with a high level of autonomy
-
Strong clinical judgment, efficiency, and attention to detail
-
Interest in innovative, patient-centered women’s health services
Why This Role Is Ideal for Work-Life Balance
-
Part-time schedule available (2–3 clinic days per week) with consistency and predictability
-
No call, nights, weekends, or hospital rounding
-
Supportive, well-staffed clinic environment that respects provider time
-
Ability to practice high-quality medicine without productivity pressure
-
A sustainable role designed for longevity—not burnout
