UChicago Medicine AdventHealth has an excellent Women’s Health opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the beautiful western suburbs of Chicago.
· Two OBGYN Physicians in practice
· Two clinic locations: La Grange and North Riverside
· Experienced APPs preferred, but new grads welcome to apply
· Opportunity to build own patient panel
· Spanish speaking candidates, a plus
· Affiliation with UChicago Medicine AdventHealth Medical Center La Grange
· Excellent PTO, CME, Health/Dental Benefits and retirement plans
· Annual Salary: $110K – 118K
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Training
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and nurse practitioner program
- Masters degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies
- Current Illinois license in good standing
- Certified as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant by an approved certifying organization.
- Prescriptive authority, Illinois Controlled Substance, DEA certification
- Current CPR certification
