Family Health Center, Inc., a CIMS Network Center, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) to join our growing OB/GYN and Women’s Health team. As a key member of our integrated care model, you will provide essential reproductive and preventive health services to women of all ages—improving outcomes for some of our most underserved rural communities.. Family Health Centers is not only dedicated to patients and their families, but to caring for providers, too. We have ten locations around the midlands, with the main office in Orangeburg. Job Responsibilities

- Deliver prenatal and postnatal care in collaboration with OB/GYNs and midwives.
- Provide annual well-woman exams, contraception counseling, and STI screenings.
- Manage chronic gynecologic conditions, menopause care, and patient education.
- Perform in-office procedures (IUD, Nexplanon, biopsies, etc., if credentialed).
- Participate in care team huddles, quality initiatives, and value-based care efforts.
- Serve as a trusted provider and advocate for women’s health across the lifespan.

Qualifications

- Certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP-BC)
- Licensed (or license-eligible) in South Carolina
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in OB/GYN or women’s health preferred
- Passion for serving underserved, diverse, and rural populations
- Experience in FQHC, community health, or team-based care setting preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
