SCHEDULE
- Coverage Type: Outpatient
- Schedule Type: Clinic
- Call Type: No call
- Schedule (per week): M-F
- Dates of Need: 2 weeks per month
- Shift Times: 8A-5P (or 7:30A-4:30P)
- Lunch 1 hour unpaid
- Provider Min # Shifts Required: 2 weeks per month 40 hrs per week
- Guaranteed Hours per Day: 8
- Hours Worked for OT to apply: 40 per week
- Rates to be Filled Out on Bid: Clinic: Regular, Orientation, Overtime, Holiday, .
CREDENTIALING
- Current CV (must be uploaded to bid)
- License: Active only
- DEA Required: Yes
- Boards: BC
- Skills/Certs: Outpatient Urology and surgical first assisting experience are both required.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS
Seeking two providers to assist in the outpatient urology clinic starting ASAP for long term coverage until perm providers are hired. We need two providers who can consistently provide at least 2 weeks of coverage each per month, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (or 7:30am-4:30pm). Outpatient Urology experience required, First Assisting experience would be a plus but not required.
We have also removed the call responsibilities as well as the requirement for providers to have first assisting experience.
