Shift Details:
- Estimated Start Date: November 1, 2026
- Requested Date of Coverage and Schedule: Long-term coverage starting in November 2026 until permanent providers are hired.
- Schedule Details: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (or 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM). Includes a 1-hour unpaid lunch.
- Call Structure: 1:4 Call Coverage rotation (Weeknight Beeper Call + 24-Hour Weekend Beeper Call)
- Number of Shifts Needed per Month: Full-time (40 hours per week)
- Patient Population/Case Load: 22 Patients Per Shift
- Case Mix: Practice Setting: Inpatient, Outpatient
- Trauma Level: Level 2
Licensing Details:
- License: An active Washington State license or an IMLC membership is required.
- Willing to License: No
- Estimated Privileging Timeline: 90 days
