**Neurology NP/PA Opportunity - Outpatient Clinic**
**Location:** Phoenix, AZ
**Position Type:** Full-time, Permanent position
**Position Highlights:**
* Seeking experienced NP or PA with at least 1 year of outpatient Neurology experience
* Must hold an active Arizona license and have a clean professional record
* Join a team with 2 mid-levels and 1 Neurologist
* Flexible schedule: 4 or 5-day workweek
* Appointment times: 40 minutes (new patients), 20 minutes (follow-ups)
* Must be able to dictate notes accurately and in a timely manner
* 3-year contract required (includes $20,000 penalty for early termination)
**Compensation & Benefits:**
* Salary: $155,000 for candidates with 2+ years of Neurology experience
* CME allowance: $2,500
* $500 monthly toward medical insurance
* Malpractice insurance provided
* 20 working days PTO annually
* 401(k) plan included
