🩺 Role Overview

• Assist Urology surgeon in diagnosing and treating urologic conditions
• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations & assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Order, perform & interpret diagnostic tests
• Assist in urologic surgeries and office-based procedures
• Manage post-operative & long-term follow-up care
• Provide patient and family education
• Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, and support staff
• Practice under supervising physician in an office-based setting

✅ Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited Adult Nurse Practitioner program
• Active Vermont APRN License
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in Urology
• DEA License
• Healthcare Provider CPR Certification
• Credentialable by medical staff
• Most recent NPDB Self-Query (within 30 days – required at presentation)
