Required Skills:
- Valid PA or NP license with current certification
- ACT 10 certification (acceptable)
- Prior experience in urology or related fields preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment skills
- Excellent communication and patient management abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team
- Proficiency in documenting patient interactions accurately
Nice to Have Skills:
- Bilingual proficiency
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Additional certifications in urology or related specialties
- Familiarity with procedural procedures specific to urology
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master’s degree or higher in Physician Assistant Studies or Nursing
- Minimum of 2 years of Urology clinical experience
- Active state licensure and certifications in good standing
Other Requirements:
- Availability for clinic coverage on Tuesdays through Fridays, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
- Ability to travel for training or off-site procedures when needed
- Willingness to adapt to scheduling needs and changing departmental priorities
