Urology NP/PA Needed – Southeastern Washington Region
Start Date: March 2026 (or as soon as credentialed)
Contract Length: Through December 2026; potential ongoing need
Schedule
Full-time scheduled clinical hours
Monday–Friday, 8:00a–5:00p
No call required (optional call not included in this posting)
Outpatient-only schedule
Practice Details
Outpatient urology clinic
Established team with:
RNs: 3
MAs: 10
Existing PA/NP: 1
Patients per day: ~15
Adult-only patient population
EMR: Epic
Clinical Scope
General outpatient urology care
Evaluation and management of urologic conditions
Follow-ups, consults, and procedure support as appropriate
Coordination of care with supervising urologists
Urology specialty experience required
Requirements
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Urology
Board Certified
Active Washington license or IMLC accepted
BLS required
Prior urology experience required
Strong clinical communication and patient-management skills
Credentialing
Approx. 60–90 days
No name clear required
Submittal must include NPI, license numbers, and expiration dates
Location
Located in the Southeastern Washington Region, supporting a busy outpatient urology service with a consistent weekday schedule and established clinical team.
