Compensation & Benefits

$115,000 – $135,000 annually
(Pay range provided in compliance with Vermont Act 155)

About the Practice

Delivering high-quality care across multiple specialties. The Urology team is supported by LPNs, medical assistants, and clerical staff, creating a collaborative, office-based environment where you can focus on patient care.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist the Urology surgeon in diagnosing and treating urologic conditions

  • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments

  • Develop and manage individualized treatment and care plans

  • Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests

  • Assist with urologic surgeries and office-based procedures

  • Provide patient and family education on diagnoses and treatment plans

  • Manage post-operative and follow-up care

  • Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

  • Adhere to OSHA and universal precautions standards

Work Environment

  • Office-based physician practice

  • Exposure to bloodborne pathogens (OSHA Category I)

  • Quiet to moderate noise level

  • Requires manual dexterity, patient handling, and prolonged sitting

Who We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree from an accredited Adult Nurse Practitioner program

  • Active Vermont APRN License

  • Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in Urology

  • DEA License

  • Healthcare Provider CPR Certification

  • NPDB Self-Query Report (dated within 30 days of presentation)

Certification

  • ANCC
