Required Skills:
- Valid state licensure and certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
- Proven experience in urology, outpatient clinic settings
- Strong diagnostic and clinical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and patient management abilities
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
Nice to Have Skills:
- Advanced certifications in urology or related specialties
- Experience with minimally invasive procedures
- Bilingual capabilities
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced outpatient environment
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies or Nursing (MSN or higher)
- At least 2 years of clinical experience in urology or related fields
- Prior locum tenens or agency-based practice experience is advantageous
Other Requirements:
- Availability to start as soon as credentialed, with coverage needed starting in March
- Willingness to work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm
- Must comply with all licensure, certification, and credentialing requirements
- Ability to travel for site coverage if necessary; travel reimbursements provided when applicable
