Required Skills:
  • Current and unrestricted licensure as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
  • Valid certification (e.g., NCCPA for PA, applicable state certification for NP)
  • Proven experience in urology or surgical specialties
  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Prior outpatient urology clinic experience
  • Familiarity with urological procedures and treatments
  • BLS/ACLS certification
  • Experience working in a fast-paced clinical environment

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies or Nurse Practitioner Program
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in urology or similar specialty

Other Requirements:
  • Must obtain or maintain state licensure and certification
  • Willingness to work Monday-Friday, 8 am – 5 pm
  • Ability to start as soon as credentialed, with coverage needed beginning in March
  • Travel or licensing reimbursements available when applicable

This position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $1.00, with weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), and participation in our robust referral bonus program.
