Nurse Practitioner - Urology

You will provide high-quality urological care, assist in procedures, and support patient education across multiple clinical settings.

Required Skills
  • Current and valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in applicable state
  • Proven experience in urology or a comparable specialty
  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Knowledge of electronic health record systems and clinical documentation

Nice to Have Skills
  • Experience with minimally invasive urological procedures
  • Bilingual proficiency
  • Additional certifications in urologic nursing or advanced practice

Preferred Education and Experience
  • Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
  • At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience in urology or a related field
  • Prior experience working in a hospital or outpatient setting

Other Requirements
  • Flexibility to float between multiple sites as needed
  • Ability to assist in OR and provide call coverage
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Certifications: BLS, ACLS preferred but not mandatory
  • Travel and licensure-related reimbursements when applicable

Compensation for this role is highly competitive, with an hourly pay rate of $1.00.
