Compensation for this role is highly competitive, with an hourly pay rate of $1.00. Nurse Practitioner - Urology

You will provide high-quality urological care, assist in procedures, and support patient education across multiple clinical settings.
Required Skills
- Current and valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in applicable state
- Proven experience in urology or a comparable specialty
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Knowledge of electronic health record systems and clinical documentation
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience with minimally invasive urological procedures
- Bilingual proficiency
- Additional certifications in urologic nursing or advanced practice
Preferred Education and Experience
- Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
- At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience in urology or a related field
- Prior experience working in a hospital or outpatient setting
Other Requirements
- Flexibility to float between multiple sites as needed
- Ability to assist in OR and provide call coverage
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS preferred but not mandatory
- Travel and licensure-related reimbursements when applicable
