Position Overview:
Deaconess Clinic is looking for a dedicated and skilled Acute Care or Family Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Urology department. This is a full-time, salaried outpatient position. The role offers a collaborative and supportive environment within a growing department, where you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality care to patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care to patients in the Urology department.
- Work alongside physicians and other healthcare professionals in a team-based setting.
- Conduct patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans.
- Offer educational support to patients on health conditions and treatment options.
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (with the potential for a future schedule of four 10-hour shifts; to be discussed during the interview).
Qualifications:
- Licensed in the State of Indiana and Kentucky.
- Certification by the ANCC/AANP as a Nurse Practitioner or by the NCCPA as a Physician Assistant.
- Experience in Urology or related specialties is preferred but not required.
