Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) - Urology

Location: Oxnard/Ventura area, California

Position Overview:

A well-established multispecialty group in the Oxnard/Ventura area is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with experience or interest in Urology to join their collegiate medical staff. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about urologic health to make a meaningful impact on patients in the community. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive urologic care to patients in collaboration with the medical team.
• Perform initial patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and execute follow-up care.
• Assist in surgical procedures as needed, with preference given to candidates with surgical experience.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment options, preventive measures, and post-operative care.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience or strong interest in urology, gynecology, or surgical subspecialties.
• Willingness to commit to ongoing learning and professional development.
• Prior surgical experience preferred for Nurse Practitioners (NPs).
• Physician Assistants (PAs) are preferred, but NPs with relevant surgical experience will also be considered.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Compensation and Benefits:

• Generous salary range: $61.27 per hour to $96.74 per hour.
