We're seeking an Advance Practice Provider to bring on for a rewarding opportunity! Looking for a new change of scenery? Come join a great team!

- Schedule: 4x10’s, day shift M-F only. Hybrid: 2-3 days on site and 1-2 days remote. (Equipment provided)

Requirements:
- Active Medical State License: CA
- Active DEA
- Active BLS/AHA
- Surgical background, urology preferred but not required.
- Outpatient/clinic experience required.
