JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Licenses: Active state license and DEA required (CT preferred).
• DEA / CDS: Active DEA required.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS required.
• Experience: Experience in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine required.
• Other Qualifications: Ability to travel at least 45 minutes, flexible schedule, willingness to work weekends and holidays, ability to split day between two locations.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide urgent care services including evaluation and treatment of minor injuries and illnesses.
• Perform procedures such as suturing, wound care, incision and drainage, splinting, and interpreting X-rays and EKGs.
• Manage patient volume independently, including pediatric patients of all ages.
• Travel between multiple GoHealth locations as needed, adapting to last-minute schedule changes.
• Collaborate with support staff and maintain accurate documentation.
