SUMO Medical Staffing is recruiting experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for an Urgent Care locum tenens opportunity in Danville and Lynchburg, Virginia. This role offers autonomous practice in urgent care clinics that provide Occupational Health services, with ongoing coverage needs.
Position Details
- Start: Anticipated June 1, 2026
- Coverage: Ongoing, as needed
- Locations: Danville and Lynchburg, VA
- Setting: Urgent Care clinics offering Occupational Health
- Practice Model: Independent / autonomous APP coverage
- EMR: Anthem
- Travel: Mileage reimbursed
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Virginia NP or PA license
- DEA in hand
- Board Certified (must be residency trained)
- Experience required in Urgent Care and Occupational Medicine
- CV required in MM/YYYY format, with all 30+ day gaps explained
