Key Responsibilities:
- Provide episodic care and injury treatment to patients across various age demographics.
- Work autonomously while adhering to clinic protocols and procedures.
- Document patient interactions and treatment plans using the Anthem EMR system.
- Participate in covering emergent needs at all urgent care locations as necessary.
- Coordinate with supervising physician for complex cases and consultations.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified (ANCC, AANP) - Required
- Active Virginia License - Required
- Current BLS certification - Required
- Local provider status - Required
- Flexibility to accommodate a $150 per hour rate cap - Required
Licensure and Certification Requirements:
- Active Nursing License in Virginia
- Board Certification in Nursing
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certification
