Job description
We are seeking a Locum Nurse Practitioner for their Occupational Health and Urgent Care clinic. This role requires an APP who can work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, providing episodic care and injury treatment.
-Schedule: 12-hour shifts (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM).
-Location: Martinsville, VA.
-Setting: Urgent Care clinic offering Occupational Health services.
-Charting: Anthem EMR.
-
Travel: Mileage reimbursement at the IRS Standard Rate (Local providers only).
Job Responsibilities
-Work independently as the primary provider on-site.
-Maintain communication with a supervising physician available via phone for consultations.
-Manage Occupational Health specific cases and workplace injury management.
Qualifications
-Licensure: Active Virginia (VA) License [REQUIRED].
-Certifications: Current BLS [REQUIRED].
-Experience: Previous experience in both Urgent Care and Occupational Health settings.
-Residence: Provider must be local to the Martinsville area [REQUIRED].
