Position Overview

As a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant in Employee Health, you will provide comprehensive occupational health services in a patient-focused setting. This role allows you to practice independently while working within a collaborative, team-oriented culture.

Key Responsibilities

Provide occupational health evaluations and treatment
Diagnose and manage acute and episodic conditions
Prescribe medications and appropriate therapies
Perform comprehensive physical examinations
Develop and implement patient care plans
Coordinate referrals to specialists as needed
Communicate effectively with collaborating physicians

Qualifications

Active Washington State Nurse Practitioner license
BLS and ACLS certification required
Previous experience in Occupational Medicine, Family Practice, Urgent Care, or ER preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to build rapport

Compensation & Benefits
