Position, Compensation & Organization
- Employed Urgent Care APP role within an independent community-owned hospital
- Work 10-12 shifts per month with predictable scheduling
- Clinic hours: 7:00am-7:00pm, no overnight shifts
- Patient pace of 2-3 patients per hour
- Onsite imaging, labs, and procedure capabilities
- Hourly compensation of $100+ per hour ($180,000+ annual potential)
- Health, dental, and vision premiums fully covered for the provider
- 256 hours of PTO annually plus 40 hours of CME time
- 457 plan with 6% employer match on 403(b) contributions
