This role is ideal for advanced practice providers seeking a sustainable schedule, strong compensation, and a supportive clinical environment. Position, Compensation & Organization

  • Employed Urgent Care APP role within an independent community-owned hospital
  • Work 10-12 shifts per month with predictable scheduling
  • Clinic hours: 7:00am-7:00pm, no overnight shifts
  • Patient pace of 2-3 patients per hour
  • Onsite imaging, labs, and procedure capabilities
  • Hourly compensation of $100+ per hour ($180,000+ annual potential)
  • Health, dental, and vision premiums fully covered for the provider
  • 256 hours of PTO annually plus 40 hours of CME time
  • 457 plan with 6% employer match on 403(b) contributions
