Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities
Overview
We are seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced urgent care setting. Providers will practice with a high level of autonomy while collaborating closely with emergency medicine physicians and clinical teams.
Multiple openings are available across Southern California, with flexibility to support multiple locations as needed.
Key Responsibilities

Perform physical examinations and deliver preventive health care within established clinical guidelines

Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests

Formulate treatment plans, document findings, and assess patient prognosis

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans

Prescribe medications and therapeutic treatments within scope of practice

Triage patients, obtain vital signs, and perform thorough clinical assessments
-
Respond confidently to emergency and life-saving situations; comfortable leading and participating in codes

Administer medications and treatments using approved clinical techniques
-
Educate patients and families on diagnoses, procedures, and follow-up care

Coordinate patient flow to support efficient throughput and positive patient experiences

Utilize Experity EMR for documentation and clinical workflows
-
Maintain infection control standards, patient safety, dignity, and comfort
-
Delegate tasks appropriately to clinical staff within scope of practice
-
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and inventory oversight
-
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment
Required Qualifications
-
Active California NP or PA license
-
Minimum 1 year of Emergency Medicine or Urgent Care experience, including solo provider experience
-
Experience treating patients of all ages
-
Active DEA license (California address)
-
Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
-
Comfortable managing high-acuity patients and emergency situations
-
Strong clinical judgment, autonomy, and teamwork skills
NP Credentialing Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

Bilingual in English/Spanish
Schedule & Commitment
-
12-hour shifts (9:00 AM – 9:00 PM)
-
Full-time: 3 shifts per week
-
Part-time: 1–2 shifts per week

Weekend availability required for all providers

Minimum commitment of 4 shifts per month

Ability to float to nearby locations (generally within 20 miles) based on operational needs
