Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 12 months of clinical experience in urgent/acute care settings.
  • Board-certified in your respective field: Family Nurse Practitioner, PA, or equivalent.

  • Experience treating both adult and pediatric populations; proficiency with patients 6 months+.
  • Strong soft skills with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Epic EMR software.
  • Ability to see and treat all patients independently, with no supervisory call requirements.
  • Willingness to participate in required EMR training and clinical onboarding.

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with minor procedures such as I&D, lac repairs, or ear irrigation.
  • Additional certifications or training in emergency or urgent care.
  • Ability to provide care within a 60-mile radius of your residence across multiple locations.

Preferred Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing (for FNP) or Physician Assistant studies.
  • Prior urgent care experience, especially in high-volume settings.

Other Requirements:
  • Must pass a clinical screening and complete EMR training prior to starting.
  • Training sessions are scheduled on set Wednesdays; candidates must be available to participate.
  • Not eligible for travel reimbursement; mileage reimbursement provided.
  • Support staff includes center managers, medical assistants, and offsite supervising physicians.
  • Support within the designated geographic area is preferred.
