Locums – NP/PA Urgent Care | Federal Way, Washington
Assignment Overview
  • Setting: Urgent Care Clinic
  • Location: Federal Way, WA
  • Reason for Coverage: Provider shortage
  • Start Date: ASAP, once credentialed
  • Providers Needed: 1–2
  • EMR: Cerner
  • Support Staff: MA + RN
Required Credentials
Licensure
  • Active Washington State License — REQUIRED
Board Status
  • Board Certified — HIGHLY PREFERRED
  • Truly Board Eligible — Accepted
Additional Requirements
  • Clean malpractice history — HIGHLY PREFERRED
Schedule & Workload
  • Shift Times:
  • Weekdays: 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
  • Weekends: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Minimum Commitment: 14 shifts per month Schedule Flexibility: Full-time Mon–Fri OR Any combination of weeks per month meeting the shift minimum Weekend shifts rotate Patients per Day: Weekdays: 30–36 Weekends: 22–27
Clinical Responsibilities
  • Provide urgent care evaluation and treatment in a fast-paced outpatient setting
  • Manage a broad range of acute, non-emergent medical conditions
  • Collaborate with onsite MA and RN teams
