Position: Outpatient Urgent Care Provider (APP Preferred – will consider MD/DO)
Reason for Opening: Vacancy due to sudden passing of a provider
Start: ASAP upon credentialing
Schedule (Repeats Every 2 Weeks):

Week 1:
-
Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
-
Friday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
-
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Week 2:
-
Sunday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Tuesday & Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Patient Volume: 20–30 per shift
No Call Required
Required Experience/Certifications:
-
Active MA license
-
Current CSR and DEA
-
Urgent Care or Emergency Department experience
-
Comfortable with:
-
Suturing
-
Wound care
-
Buddy taping
-
Support Staff:
-
2 providers on-site per shift
-
Nursing and MA support
-
Reception/admin support
