Shift Description: Hours vary from 8 hours to 40 hours weekly, depending on our internal needs

--Minimum Board Certification: Eligible
--APP must perform physical examination, asses patients medical conditions, counsel and educate, refer and transfer care, and prescribe medication.
--Estimated Credentialing Timeframe (Days): 10- 15

--Practice Setting: Outpatient
--Patients Per Shift: 15-30
--Rounding: Assigned Patients
