Position: Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner
Location: Riverside County (Temecula, Murrieta, Lake Elsinore, and Wildomar)
Job Type: Employed Model with Full Benefits and a 401(k)
Salary: $85/hour plus OT for Full-Time and $80/hour plus OT for Part-time
Bonuses: Sign-On of $15,000 now until the End of the Year and a $10,000 Annual Retention Bonus

Job Overview: Accelerated Urgent Care has been voted the Best Urgent Care in Bakersfield, CA, for eight consecutive years. At this time, we are hiring Physician Assistants and Family Nurse Practitioners to practice throughout our clinic locations in Temecula, Murrieta, Wildomar, and Lake Elsinore.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Urgent Care Medicine practices twelve-hour (12) shifts with a 1-hour break.
  • Full-time is a minimum of 12 shifts per month and 2 on-call shifts per month.
  • Part-time is a minimum of 6 shifts per month, no call.
  • Treat 4 patients per hour from newborns to geriatrics (full spectrum care) in a low-acuity setting.
  • Bread & Butter Procedures: I&Ds, Toenail Removal, and Laceration Repair.
  • Equipment: In-house Point-of-Care testing and X-ray. All X-rays are over-read by a Board-Certified Radiologist, with results available within 20 minutes for routine orders.
  • Easy-to-use EMR: VelociDoc with Dragon dictation and document all patients in one minute

Qualifications:

  • Completion of a formal MSN FNP Program or MS in Health Sciences, Physician Assistant Studies
  • CA Medical License that is active and in good standing
  • DEA Certificate
