- Patient Age Demographic: All ages.
- APP will be Working Autonomously.
Licenses and certifications
- Board Certified (AANP) – Required.
- KY license - REQUIRED no exceptions.
- BLS – Required.
- COVID Vaccine – Preferred.
Travel Reimbursement Information:
- Lodging: ~$150/night
- All other bookings approve for standard/economy rates
