- Full-time permanent position
- 3/12 hour day shifts (Schedule to be discussed during the interview)
- The provider must be able to conduct preventative and wellness care, vaccines, walk-in, and medical urgent care
- The strong support staff of MD's and advanced practitioners onsite
- At least 1 year experience is required
