- Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible nurse practitioner or physician assistant
- Any state license is accepted
- ASAP-ongoing
- Must have 1+ year post training urgent care experience
- Typical urgent care procedures are required
- You’d see all ages
- Flexible scheduling options - must be willing to work weekends, as needed
- Client prefers five-seven day blocks for scheduling purposes
- Shift times are 8a-8p, 10a-10p, 1p-1a (must be able to work any of these shift types)
- 10-12 patients per day
- Work with multiple RNs, Case Managers, MAs, LPNs, and receptionists
- Required (or willing to obtain): CPR, PALS, ACLS
- Provide care to an Indian Health Service facility
- Rural and underserved community
- Northeast Arizona location
- Credentialing takes 2-3 months
