Locum Urgent Care APP needed for long-term locum tenens coverage near Tacoma, WA.

Top Compensation!!

Starting January 2024.
Expected duration of need: 6+ months

Expenses Covered: Lodging (if needed), Mileage reimbursement, Medical Malpractice Insurance (A-rated carrier w/ tail coverage)
  • Open to providers with WA license or Compact license.
  • Will consider providers with availability for any duration (2 mo., 3 mo. 6 mo. etc.), as long as available 13+ days per month, but the site will prioritize providers with longer availability.
Practice Schedule:
  • M-F (12 hour shifts) or S-S (9 hour shifts)
  • No call.
  • Must be available 13-15 shifts per month.
Position Details:
  • Setting: Urgent Care
  • Duties: APP provider, Independent practice, all ages and genders.
  • Required Procedures: all standard outpatient clinic based procedures
  • EMR: Epic
  • Support Staff: mix of RN, LPN, MA
  • Reason for Coverage: open position coverage
  • Seeking experienced providers with urgent care experience
  • Must be able to manage independently high clinic volume admissions/day, patients/day.
Requirements:
  • AANP or NCCPA Certified
  • Active WA License or Compact license
  • Active BLS
  • Must have more than 2 years of experience
  • Clean Malpractice/Background - HIGHLY PREFERRED
  • Must be available 13-15 days per month & stated specific dates of availability
  • Covid vaccinated

Qualifications
