Job description
We're seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive care for both pediatric and adult patients. You'll work independently and collaboratively to assess, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions, while using a top-rated, web-based EMR system.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct age-appropriate physical exams
Order and interpret tests; develop and adjust treatment plans
Prescribe medications and provide preventive care
Manage patient records and care plans
Collaborate with care teams and refer when appropriate
Educate patients on conditions and treatment options
Qualifications:
Active Nurse Practitioner and RN licenses
3+ years of family practice experience
Graduate of an accredited NP program
Authorized for independent practice and prescribing
Preferred:
Multi-state licenses
Telehealth experience
Work Requirements:
Minimum 30 hours/week including evenings/weekends
Ability to work remotely in a fast-paced environment
