📍 Location: Lebanon, Pennsylvania

Position Highlights

- ⚡ Focus on urgent surgical cases from cath lab to OR
- 🔬 Opportunity to assist with vein harvesting
Schedule & Call
- 📅 Weekend-focused schedule
- 🕔 Friday 5:00 PM – Monday 7:00 AM
- 📞 24-hour call coverage
- 🔁 Coverage needed 3 weekends per month
- ⏱️ Avg. callback (including rounding): ~4 hours/day
Clinical Scope
- Manage adult patients (18+)
- Support urgent cardiac surgery cases
- Pre/post-op care and rounding
- Coordinate care from ICU to discharge
- Work closely with surgical and APP teams
Requirements
- Nurse Practitioner (NP)
- Active Pennsylvania License (or willing to obtain)
- DEA required
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Acute care certification not required
