⏰ Schedule: 24-Hour Call (Weekend Coverage)
📆 Coverage: 3 Weekends per Month

✔️ Shift: Friday 5:00 PM – Monday 7:00 AM
✔️ 24-hour call coverage throughout the weekend
✔️ Approx. 4 hours/day callback (including rounding)

👨‍⚕️ Patient Population: Adults (18+)
🛏️ Facility Size: 163 Beds
🏥 Setting: Hospital-Based

🔧 Scope of Work

✔️ Cardiothoracic surgical support & patient management
✔️ Assist in urgent surgical cases (Cath lab → OR transitions)
✔️ Manage patients from ICU through discharge
✔️ Perform vein harvesting
✔️ Collaborate with surgeons (backup available after consult)

👥 Support Team

🤝 Work alongside experienced APPs
🩺 Surgeon support available when needed

✅ Requirements

✔️ Board Certified / Board Eligible (Cardiothoracic Surgery NP)
✔️ Active Pennsylvania License (or willingness to obtain)
✔️ DEA Required
✔️ Minimum 3 Years Experience
✔️ Epic Experience Required
