End Date: 3 months minimum
Position Details:
Patient Population: Adult/geriatric
Setting: Inpatient only
Responsibilities:

Suture removal
-
Diagnose and treat illnesses
-
Order and interpret tests
-
Assist in surgery
-
Write prescriptions
-
Coordination of care and rounding
-
Pre-op physical exams
Required Procedures: -
Intraoperative first assisting
-
Removal of dialysis catheters
EMR System: Epic
Support Staff: Surgeon present during assignment
Days Per Month: Full-time availability required
On-Call/Weekends: 1–2 days/week if any, only overnight emergency or call (from home)
Submission Requirements:
-
NCCPA or ANCC/AANP; NP must have RNFA

Active NY State License at time of submission

BLS, ACLS
-
Vascular/cardiac surgery experience required; no new grads

Self-query NPDB within the month of submission
