This role requires full-time availability with willingness to work days, evenings, nights, and weekends. Candidates with weekday-only or limited availability will not be considered.

Schedule: Varies (days / evenings / nights / weekends)

Practice Setting: Inpatient only (no outpatient clinic)
Clinical Details

Service Census: ~15–20 patients

Daily Rounds: 3–5 patients/day

Patient Population: Adult & geriatric

Autonomy: APP will work autonomously

Supervision: Supervising vascular surgeon on site

EMR: Epic
Job Responsibilities
Rounding and coordination of care
Pre-op physical exams
Diagnose and treat illnesses
Order and interpret diagnostic tests
Write prescriptions
Assist in surgery
Suture removal
Required Procedures:
Intraoperative 1st assisting
Removal of dialysis catheters
Qualifications
No new grads
Active New York State license at time of submission
BLS & ACLS
NP: NCCPA or ANCC/AANP + RNFA required
Self-Query NPDB report (pulled within the same month of submission)
Full-time availability only
