🩺 Job Details:
- Post-op cardiothoracic surgical patient management
- ICU & floor rounding
- Pre-op physical exams
- Suture and wound care
- Diagnosing and treating illnesses
- Ordering & interpreting diagnostic tests
- Writing prescriptions
- Coordinating patient care with the surgical team
⏰ Schedule Details
- Day shifts: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Monday–Friday)
- Night call: 4:00 PM – 8:00 AM
- 24-hour weekend call
- 2 weekends per month
- Call ratio: 1:3
- Approx. 10 days of call per month
👩⚕️ Clinical Environment
- Adult & geriatric patients
- High-volume cardiothoracic surgical program
- Provider works autonomously with daily physician rounding and 24/7 phone support
- Average 12 patients per day
- EMR: Epic
🎯 Requirements :
- Board Certified NP
- Active Ohio NP license
- BLS & ACLS certified
- Strong cardiothoracic or surgical ICU background
- Clean professional background required
