- Provide comprehensive Trauma & Acute Care Surgery coverage overnight (7P–7A)
- Evaluate patients, order and interpret diagnostics, and develop treatment plans
- Manage trauma activations and emergency general surgery patients across inpatient settings
- Assist surgeons with procedures and ongoing patient management
- Practice independently while collaborating with physicians and care teams
- Document all care accurately using Epic EMR
- Uphold high standards for patient safety, quality, and performance
- Participate in mentorship, leadership development, and continuing education
🎯 Requirements
- Experienced Nurse Practitioner with strong trauma or surgical background
- Minimum 2 years of trauma surgery experience
- Graduate of an accredited NP program with a Master’s degree in Nursing
- Board Certified
- Colorado license
- Eligible for DEA and Medicare/Medicaid enrollment
- BLS certified
- Clean malpractice and professional history
