Job Title: Nurse Practitioner - Administrator Role (Vascular/IR)

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Based in North Phoenix with a little bit of time in Sun City and Gilbert for Procedures)

Hours & Schedule: 4 Days/Week - Full Time

Work Environment: Office-Based With OBL Time

Compensation: $140k - $150k Base + Stipend + Bonus

Bonus Offered: Leadership stipend and performance-based bonus; OTE $200,000+

Job Summary:

This unique Nurse Practitioner position blends clinical and administrative responsibilities within a growing vascular and interventional radiology practice. The APP will serve as a key leader in clinic operations — overseeing workflow adherence, supporting physicians, ensuring protocol compliance, and participating in both office-based and OBL procedures. Ideal for an experienced provider seeking a meaningful leadership opportunity while maintaining direct patient care.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care in vascular and interventional radiology settings (OBL and office)
  • Serve as clinic administrator and lead APP, supporting daily operations and workflow efficiency
  • Ensure adherence to established clinical protocols, policies, and quality standards
  • Coordinate with physicians and support staff to maintain smooth daily schedules
  • Participate in hands-on procedures and pre/post-procedural patient management
  • Assist with developing and maintaining protocols, workflows, and team training
  • Contribute to operational improvements and quality assurance initiatives
  • Serve as liaison between leadership and clinical staff for communications and planning
  • Participate in leadership meetings and performance evaluations as needed

Prerequisites / License & Certification Requirements:

  • Completion of NP Program in the USA (Not Puerto Rico)
  • Active Arizona license (or eligibility)
  • 3+ years of clinical experience
  • Experience or exposure to being a Lead or Manager
  • Highly preferred: 2+ years of experience in Vein/Vascular or Interventional Radiology
  • MBA or administrative training preferred
