Job description
The Vascular Surgery ARNP or PA will function as a member of the medical care management team. Will provide medical treatment under the supervision of the attending physician. Medical care will be provided within the framework of the hospital's medical staff privilege delineation criterion. He/she will provide self-directed, effective care to groups of patients and other duties as assigned in accordance with Division of Services standards. The observation, assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation of care; health teaching and counseling of the ill, injured, or infirmed; and the promotion of wellness, maintenance of health and prevention of illness and others.
The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:
- Active Physician Assistant License and Certification OR ARNP License and Certification in the State of Florida
- 2+ years' experience in specialty area upon hire
- Required Valid AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS Certifications NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Certification
