Join a growing Cardiovascular Surgery team in Jackson, Michigan as a Locum NP supporting a busy CVICU in a Level II Trauma Center. This is a high-impact, low-call role with flexible 12- or 24-hour shifts, autonomy, and excellent support—all while earning $165/hr and enjoying complimentary travel and lodging.

🏥 Facility Details

• Practice Setting: Hospital-based CVICU

• Daily Census: ~9 patients

• EMR: EPIC

• Supervising Physician: Onsite (day), Phone (night)

• Trauma Level: Level II

• Adult-only population (18+)

🛠️ Duties & Required Skills

• ✅ Placement of Central Venous and Dialysis Catheters

• ✅ Arterial line insertion

• ✅ Chest tube placement

• ✅ Must be comfortable working autonomously, especially on night shifts

🎓 Requirements

• Board Certified: AANP or NCCPA – REQUIRED

• Acute Care trained & certified – REQUIRED

• BLS & ACLS (AHA) – REQUIRED

• Michigan license – Highly preferred (willing to consider those applying)

• Minimum 2 years' relevant CVICU/critical care experience – REQUIRED
