A hospital in Boise, ID is seeking locum CT Surgery NP coverage starting in February 2024 for a 2 month initial assignment duration. This opening will offer highly competitive compensation.

Location: Boise, ID
  • Target start February 2024.
  • 2 month initial duration
  • At least 2-3 days per week, Monday through Friday
  • Shifts: 8a-5p
  • No Call. No Weekends.
  • Clinic only.
  • No procedures.
Covered Expenses: Travel, Lodging, Rental Car (or Mileage), Medical Malpractice Insurance.

Details:
  • Clinic only, no procedures
  • Follow-up patients post CT Surgery (Heart and Thoracic) seen independently, co-visits with CT Surgeon for new consults, helping with H&P, orders, etc.
  • EMR: EPIC
  • Cover NP who works in clinic only and sees follow up patients post procedure. Cardiac or lung or thoracic procedure/surgery.
  • Shared visits with CT Surgeon. CT Surgeon would rely on NP to document on patient and provider would sign off. Half independent follow up visits and half co-visits with surgeon.
Requirements:
  • Board Certified
  • Active ID or Compact License
  • Must have 2+ years relevant experience
  • Clean background, no malpractice (highly preferred)
