Locums – Richmond, Virginia, Nurse Practitioner Neurovascular Surgery Opening

Clinical Role

• ASAP start with ongoing need until permanent provider is hired
• Nurse Practitioner position
• 100% inpatient Neurovascular Surgery coverage
• Adult and geriatric patients
• No call
• One provider needed

Schedule & Coverage

• 3 12-hour shifts per week
• Day shift: 7:00 am-7:00 pm
• Night shift: 7:00 pm-7:00 am
• Must have availability for night shifts

Practice Setting & Clinical Expectations

• Code stroke response
• Post-procedure inpatient care for neurointerventional surgery patients
• Neurocritical care nursing experience required
• No teaching or leadership responsibilities
• Epic EMR

Requirements & Credentialing

• AANP certification required
• Virginia license preferred
• BLS and ACLS required
• Neurocritical care nursing experience required
