TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Board-Certified Neurosurgery Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide nocturnist locums coverage for an established inpatient neurosurgery service in Greenville, North Carolina. Providers must arrive one day prior to their first shift for orientation.
Position Details
Setting: Inpatient only
Trauma Level: Level I Trauma Center
Team Structure:
9 Neurosurgeons
9 Advanced Practice Providers
Coverage: 24/7 inpatient neurosurgery support
Hospital Size: 974-bed tertiary care hospital
Accreditation: JCAHO accredited

Admissions and discharges
Inpatient consultations
OR first assist (optional)
Nighttime discharges are uncommon but possible
Qualifications
Certifications Required:
BLS (AHA)
ACLS (AHA)
Experience:
Inpatient neurosurgery or comparable acute care experience preferred
Ability to cover nocturnist shifts independently
Working Hours
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Rotation: 7 on / 7 off (every other week)

December 15 – December 21 (credentialed only)
December 29 – January 4 (credentialed only)
January 12 – January 18
January 26 – February 1
February 9 – February 15
February 23 – March 1
March 9 – March 15
March 23 – March 29
April 6 – April 12
April 20 – April 26
