- Experience: At least several years of related practice, experienced in robotic gynecologic surgeries

What You’ll Do:
- Provide first assist surgical coverage for robotic gynecological procedures
- Support the surgical team in inpatient operating rooms at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center and Pomona, NJ
- Manage an average of 2-6 surgeries per day
- Collaborate with surgeons and healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient care
- Assist with pre-op and post-op responsibilities as needed
- Follow all facility protocols and documentation procedures in Cerner/Oracle EMR systems
- Adhere to safety and compliance standards at Level 3 Trauma Center
What You Need:
- Certified Nurse Practitioner (state license required) with First Assist certification (robotic surgeries)
- Proven experience in gynecologic surgery, preferably with robotic procedures
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Must have current BLS certification; ACLS as per facility standards not required to be submitted here
About the Assignment:
This assignment is at a prominent facility serving adult patients within an inpatient surgical setting. You will be supporting gynecology surgery teams during a 6-month locum engagement, ensuring continuity of care and surgical excellence in a busy, Level 3 Trauma hospital environment.Compliance:
