Job Responsibilities
🔹 Provide 24-hour on-call coverage for cardiothoracic surgery patients
🔹 Assist in urgent surgical cases and patient management
🔹 Perform vein harvesting and support surgical procedures
🔹 Manage pre-op, post-op, and ICU patient care
🔹 Conduct rounding and respond to callbacks
🔹 Collaborate with surgeons and multidisciplinary teams
Qualifications
✔️ Board Certified/Board Eligible NP (Cardiothoracic Surgery)
✔️ Active Pennsylvania License (or willing to obtain)
✔️ Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
✔️ DEA required
✔️ Epic EMR experience required
Working Hours
🕒 24-Hour Call Coverage
📅 3 Weekends per Month
⏰ Friday 5:00 PM – Monday 7:00 AM

💡 Strong cardiothoracic and surgical care skills
💡 Experience with ICU and post-operative management
💡 Ability to handle urgent/emergency cases
