Coverage Needed:
- Start Date: April 2026
- End Date: July 2026
- Schedule: 10-11 days/month, Friday afternoon through the next full week and weekend, ending either Sunday evening or Monday morning
Clinical Details:
- Cardiac Surgical PA or NP
- Reports to Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgeons
- Average Number of Patients Per Day: 5-20
- Patient Demographic: Adult and Geriatric
- EMR System: Epic
- Includes OR Call and ICU/CVICU Call
- Required Duties and Procedures: Write Prescriptions, Coordination of Care, Rounding, Interpret Tests, Order Test, Vein Harvesting
Requirements:
- Board Certified (ANCC, AANP)
- OH State License - Preferred (willing to consider providers needing to obtain an OH license only if it can be acquired quickly)
- ACLS
- COVID Vaccination
- Cardiovascular Thoracic Surgery experience - Preferred (Critical Care experience may be considered)
- No new grads
- A Self-Query NPDB report (must be dated within 30 days)
