Coverage Needed
- Start Date: 06/01/2026
- End Date: Unknown
- Schedule: Mon-Fri 7a-6p, night call 6p-7a; Weekend call 7a-7a with rounding approx. 7a-11a
- Coverage Type: Full Time
- Estimated Shifts/Month: 14
- Will consider 1 week on / 1 week off
Clinical Details
- Trauma Level: Level II
- Patients per Day: Varies but minimal; surgeons take overnight first call
- Call: 30min Response; Avg call varies; Candidate may need to do rounds during weekend call
- EMR: Epic
- Support Staff: 2 floor APPs and 2 surgical APPs; Usually 3-4 here at a time
- Case Volume: 1-2 cases a day throughout the week; 60 pump cases since Jan 2025; 181 pump cases last year
- Harvesting Equipment: Getinge equipment for EVH, latest Vasoview Hemopro 2 system
- Harvesting Camera: Olympus HD and towers are all Olympus
- Typical Cases: CABG, Thoracic cases, AVR, TAVR, Aortic cases
Requirements
- Board Certified
- State License: Pennsylvania
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- DEA Required
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CPR
- Endoscopic vein harvesting experience required
- Credential Accepted: NP; PA
- Will not consider IMLC
